The producing process includes wrapping prestressed wires around the reinforcement concrete core (the pipe core thickness is 1/16 to 1/32 of the pipe diameter), then spraying cement mortar on the surface of the pipe to protect the pipe. The joint adopts bell and spigot. Bell and spigot and sliding gasket cooperate to make flexible joint with excellent sealing quality. SPCP has composite structure made up of reinforcement concrete, high-strength steel wires and cement mortar. BSPCP, with advanced and safe design methods, has the characteristics of sealing well at the joint, high shock resistance, convenient and fast when being installed, good adaptability to the foundation and strong shock resistance. It can be used to make various fittings and special pipes. Meanwhile, the project and maintenance cost is low.
